Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because each The Teacher Surprise Shop order is individually curated based on the colors, preferences, themes, and options selected by the customer, all sales are final once order processing has begun.

Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges on curated mystery bundles. Each bundle is prepared specifically for the individual customer, which means the items selected for one order may not be appropriate for another customer.

Because these are mystery bundles, receiving an item that is not personally your favorite does not qualify the order for a return, exchange, or refund. That's part of the fun and surprise of a mystery bundle! We do, however, use the preferences provided with your order to help curate your bundle.

Cancellations & Refunds
Changed your mind? We understand! You may request to cancel your order for a refund as long as we have not yet begun processing or curating your order.

Once we have started selecting items, preparing your bundle, recording a packing video, or otherwise processing your order, the order can no longer be canceled or refunded.

Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically guarantee cancellation. We will confirm whether processing has begun before issuing a refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you believe we made an error with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund for the affected item.

Please note that minor differences in color, style, pattern, or design are not considered defects.

Packing Video Add-On
Once work on a purchased packing video has begun, the packing video fee is non-refundable, including costs associated with recording, editing, or voiceover services.

Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped. We are unable to refund orders due to carrier delays or packages delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.
