Shipping & Processing Policy

Each order is prepared with care, and because our mystery bundles are individually packed based on your selected colors, preferences, and order details, our current processing time is approximately 3–5 weeks.

Please note: Processing time does not include shipping/transit time. Your order may take up to 5 weeks to be prepared before it is handed over to the shipping carrier.

If you purchase a Packing Video, your order will be packed on camera and the video will be edited and prepared for posting. Because of the time required to create packing videos, orders with this option may require the full 3–5 week processing window.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Shipping carrier delivery times are separate from our processing time and may vary depending on your location and the carrier.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Once an order has shipped, The Teacher Surprise Shop is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

Need your order by a certain date? Please contact us before placing your order. We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date unless arrangements have been made in advance.
